Composition
Liposomal magnesium (magnesium citrate, phospholipids), anti-caking agent - magnesium stearate of plant origin, HPMC capsules.
Recommended dosage
1-2 capsules per day, washed down with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. The dietary supplement is not suitable for long-term use.
