Composition
fish oil with an extra high content of EPA and DHA, menaquinone, D-α-tocopherol, cholecalciferol, capsule shell (gelatin, glycerol: moisturizing agent, purified water, coloring: ammonia-sulfite caramel).
Recommended dosage
1 capsule daily or 2 capsules every other day. For better digestion always take with a meal or immediately after a meal, when there is an increased secretion of bile and thus a better digestion of the oil. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
