Composition: magnesium bisglycinate, microcrystalline cellulose (filler), magnesium oxide, Siberian ginseng root extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus), gotu kola extract, PVA (thickener), anti-caking agents magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide and croscarmellose sodium, pyridoxine hydrochloride. Coating: hypromellose and PVA.

Recommended dosage for adults: 1-2 tablets daily with or after food.
