Iron in the form of ferrous bisglycinate chelate with high bioavailability. Contains folic acid for normal blood formation and homocysteine metabolism, vitamin B12 for normal nervous system function, hematopoiesis, mental function, immunity and energy and vitamin C for better absorption of iron, immunity and reduction of fatigue. The dietary supplement is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Composition
microcrystalline cellulose - filler, L-ascorbic acid, ferrous bisglycinate, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin - anti-caking agent, folic acid, cyanocobalamin, HPMC capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
Recommended dosage
children from 3 years and adults 1 capsule per day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
